Drinks By The Sea

Today me and my close friend Beth went to a bar by the harbour to have a catch up and have a few drinks. She had a vodka and lemonade and I had pink grapefruit juice, yum! The bar we went to is called Miles and it overlooks the sea front in Ramsgate. Miles is the perfect place for a quiet drink. It was so lovely catching up with Beth before I move away to university! But she seems excited about coming to Epsom to see me! Excited for the nights out in London Town!

I honestly think this is the nicest part of Ramsgate! Its beautiful and so relaxing.

Holiday Essentials...

...and packing for a party holiday!
As you read in my first post, in a weeks time I will be jetting off to Zante! I will be staying in the party hot spot so I need the clothes and accessories to match, this Post will include my holiday essentials and what I'd pack for a party holiday! 

Packing for a party holiday.

First off, its summer not winter so ditch the black and focus on bright, vibrant colours to catch them eyes. White, Neons and anything colourful! I like to wear allot of crop tops, mini dresses and bikinis! Wear anything that will compliment your tan, white shoes will make your legs looks darker. 

Every night I will be going out clubbing with my friend, it will be really hot so tight skimpy clothes is always the way! Half of the things I will list below I wouldn't wear in England, 1 because its never hot enough! and 2 because its all a bit too bright!

Clothes that I will pack for my party holiday:

Swimwear! TRIANGL BIKINI! I am so happy my mum bought me this because I would never really spend £40-£50 on a bikini but my mum loves me. I think this is the Arizona Sunset bikini from Triangl. The material of this bikini is amazing and like no other! When wet it dries in seconds!You always need swimwear on holiday if you are going to in and out of the sea. As I said bright colours are a must and these items fit that description exactly! The bikini tops were £8 each from a set bought from eBay. The body/swimsuit was around £12 on Missguided. I love the body because it is backless to show off some skin and has a tropical print for summer vibes!

Club wear! The top photo is of a cream bralet that I bought from Missguided, it was around £14. This would be suitable for clubbing because you don't have to wear a bra and it goes with everything! The middle photo: Neon coral crop top from Missguided. The colour! I'm in love with this top so I couldn't wait until my holiday to wear it! Pencil Mini Skirt in neon pink, this only cost me £6 from Missguided and its perfect! I will wear this with white on a night out! Neon Pink mini dress is from Bershka and I bought this last summer and loved it! looks so good on a night out.

Packing! 

As you can see I LOVE MISSGUIDED. I strongly recommend Missguided for summer clothing! 

Holiday essentials...

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation: This is one of my essentials because I will be hungover every morning, so this wake me up foundation helps to cover the look of fatigue, also this foundation has SPF of 15 which is essential while in the sun! Batiste Dry Shampoo Mini in Blush: I always use this product so would highly recommend to liven up second day hair. I bought the mini so that it wouldn't take up so much space in my suitcase. Small and always handy! Aussie Miracle Hair Insurance Leave in Spray: Summer in Zante the temperature is around 30 degrees so your hair will get natural heat damage, this leave in spray helps keep your hair moisturised and protected. Eyelure 145 Strip Lashes: I wear these strip lashes nearly every day with my normal makeup look, but this double pack means if I get too drunk and mess a pair up I will have a back up! Also the second pair were free ;). Lastly Primark Eye Mask: I think this was £1. I've included this because every morning I get woken up by the sun so these will be needed in a sunny place like Zante!

Starting The Boo Tea Detox

I'm always trying to loose weight, I love food so I find this extremely hard! Now and then I eat very healthy and exercise allot and this always works. On Instagram I discovered Boo Tea. I scrolled through and saw loads of before and after images of people who had used this detox tea while exercising and clean eating. They won me over with the before and after images! The detox is only 14 days long and you can still eat plenty of healthy foods, no fasting! 

Why this detox? I have tried a few similar tea detox's that I found on Instagram, the problem with these were that the morning tea didn't come in a tea bag it was loose leaf. In the mornings I want something to be quick and easy to make! Boo Tea comes in tea bags, making life so much easier! Also beware of some of these companies on Instagram they scam you for your money! Make sure the company you are buying from has a legit website and contact details before you buy!

What this detox claims to do: Gives an intense cleanse of your digestive system, aids weight loss and makes you feel energised. I will be starting my tea detox on the 19th of August just before my holiday to Zante, this post may be up a few days after I start. Just like all of the users of this product on Instagram I will be taking a before and after photograph to show my results. As it says on the website and the packaging this tea detox can only be successful if you have a calorie restricted diet and exercise regularly. The Boo Tea website supplies a food and exercise plan that you can follow to get the best results! I am so excited to start this and show you guys my results!

GFW Graduate Fashion Week

This September I will be starting a Fashion Journalism course at UCA Epsom, when applying i entered a competition and won two VIP tickets to the GFW (graduate fashion week)!! GFW is the week that graduates from universities showcase they're designs to the public. I had never been to a fashion show before so me and my friend Beth were so excited! My biggest worry was choosing what outfit to wear, as everything was about fashion I wanted to look the part "fashionable". This was one of those times where you spend weeks planning an outfit and then you just wear something boring and that you already have! I ended up wearing leggings and a peplum top, how original.

The fashion show was in Central London, Shoreditch is such a beautiful and fun area in London. Me and my friend spent hours in the markets and shops before the show.

I am so excited to be moving out and going to university! I'll do a blog post soon including the moving out process and my new room at university!

Holiday Shopping

On the 31st of August me and my close friend Beth will be catching a plane to the beautiful island known as Zante! I've been on holiday here two times before and I can't stay away. A holiday calls for new clothes and accessories, so that's exactly what I have been doing. Holiday shopping! Dresses, shorts, sandals and bikinis! I will add a few sneaky photographs of the bits I have bought so far. As a student I am always on a budget so the bits I buy need to be high quality but low in price.

Laganas is a popular party location in Zante and also where I'm staying, so club wear is an essential! Clutch bags come in very handy on nights out; a small bag to hold the essentials but not small enough to loose, perfect! I thought this white clutch bag was perfect for nights out, it will show off a tan and go with everything.

When going out clubbing an item in your outfit needs to make a statement, something bold and bright to catch them eyes. I incorporate items like a printed clutch bag or big shoes to add to a plain outfit. I love the shoes that I am showing below and they were a total bargain! One of my favorite shops is River Island and I'm loving there summer shoe collection! I would wear these shoes with an all white outfit or an all black outfit. Big hair and a lipstick to match!
